A 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for first-time MemberMode Pro purchases.

30-day no-questions-asked guarantee

First-time purchases of MemberMode Pro are covered by a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If MemberMode Pro is not a good fit, request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date and we will refund your payment.

What the guarantee covers

  • The first payment for a new MemberMode Pro license.
  • Change of mind, poor fit, or any other first-purchase refund request inside the 30-day guarantee window.
  • Accidental duplicate purchases made with the same customer or billing details.

What is not covered

  • Renewal payments after the first 30 days of the original purchase, unless required by law.
  • Requests submitted more than 30 calendar days after the original purchase date, unless required by law.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal after the original guarantee window.
  • Fraud, refund abuse, chargeback misuse, or other manipulative behavior.

Freemius merchant of record

Payments for MemberMode Pro are processed by Freemius, our merchant of record. Freemius is responsible for processing payments, taxes, invoices, and eligible refunds. Freemius buyer terms and statutory refund rules may apply in addition to this policy.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Where applicable law gives you stronger refund or withdrawal rights, those rights still apply.

Subscriptions and renewals

You can cancel your subscription to prevent future billing. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund previous payments. Renewal payments are not covered by the 30-day no-questions-asked guarantee unless required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, use the receipt or subscription management link in your Freemius purchase email, visit the Freemius customer portal, or contact us at hello@membermode.app with your order email and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Bank, card, PayPal, and regional processing times may vary.

Effect of a refund

If a refund is approved, the related license may be deactivated and access to Pro updates, downloads, and support may end.
