Products and licensing

MemberMode Free is distributed under the GPL. MemberMode Pro includes paid software, updates, and support for the number of production site activations included in your plan. Localhost and staging use may be treated separately where supported by the licensing system.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account, license key, and website credentials secure. You may not share, resell, publish, or abuse license keys, downloads, or account access.

Payments and merchant of record

Paid purchases are processed by Freemius as merchant of record. Freemius may handle payment processing, taxes, invoices, subscription billing, payment disputes, and eligible refunds. By purchasing, you may also agree to Freemius buyer terms presented at checkout.

Support and updates

Active paid licenses include access to Pro updates and support during the paid license period. Support covers MemberMode product behavior and does not include custom development, third-party plugin conflicts outside our control, hosting administration, or unsupported modifications.

Acceptable use

You may not use MemberMode services to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, attack systems, bypass licensing, abuse support, or interfere with the operation of our products or infrastructure.

Disclaimers

MemberMode is provided as software for WordPress sites. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every third-party plugin/theme, or fitness for every use case.
